A bolt-on Valuations module to QuoteMaster. ValueMaster gives the User the ability to track parts from the drawing board to being paid. It can also produce invoices remembering previous applications and retentions.
 
The Valuations module is made up of three parts:      
 
Simple Valuations

  • Breakdown the job into user definable sections.
  • Input the amount completed in each section.
  • Add variations to the valuation, inputting the amount completed.
  • Input the amount of material on site.
  • Summary page instantly shows the current status of the valuation.
  • Ability to view and print old valuations without affecting later ones.
 
  InDepth Valuations

  • Item status's are user defined, for example, In Production, On Site, Paid.
  • Merge jobs and variations into one entity.
  • Amend the status of individual items or sections on a daily, weekly, monthly or any time period of your choosing.
  • Ability to follow the progress of an item through the entire production process.
  • Produces detailed lists of items in any current status.
  • Summary page instantly shows the percentages of the job in each status, showing amounts due, materials on site, amounts fixed and invoiced etc.
  • No limit to the number of valuations in a contract, each one continuing from the one previous.
  • Ability to view and print old valuations without affecting later ones.
 
Applications
  • Can be used from simple Or InDepth valuations - or both!
  • Remembers previous applications
  • Allows input of retentions as a percentage or as a figure
  • Ability to export to excel, word and other formats.
