Input
  • Same user friendly and ergonomic input screen as QuoteMaster - no extra learning curve.
  • Uses rates from the Original tender or calculates them using the original database.
  • Calculates exact ratio for items in the same specification band if no exact match is found.
  • Graphically highlights star rated items (calculates the rate using the database) which the User can then quickly amend.
  • Allows input of Preliminaries as an item.
  • Merges amended rates - including Star Rates - into the schedule.

  • Layout like a Bill of Quantities or a Schedule of Rates.
  • Shows amounts and subtotals of the additions and omissions.

Tools
  • Choose two Quotes and SurveyMaster will create a variation showing the differences.
  • Lists all Adds, all Omits even finds the Star Rated and Pro-Rata-ed items.
